CONDITIONS

 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the customer's statutory rights as a consumer under English law.

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

PLACING AN ORDER

 When an order is placed by the customer, a confirmation email will be sent which acknowledges receipt of the order placed. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.

Where goods ordered are found to no longer be available in stock, we’ll notify you and give you the option to either exchange the item or cancel the item from the order.

COLLECTION

 Our base is in Ivybridge, Devon and we regularly trade at the local weekly markets in Totnes and Glastonbury. You’re welcome to order online and collect from our market stall at a time that is convenient to you. Please let us know your ideal collection date on the note when you place the order or by replying to the order confirmation email.
 

  -Totnes Market : Friday and Saturday
  -Glastonbury Market : Tuesday

POSTAGE

 We generally use Royal Mail 24 hour tracked with signature service for all U.K. orders and other reputable couriers (with proof of delivery and/or tracking) for international orders. There are three different shipping rates depending on zone. In order to keep postage rates fair and realistic, we have attached an extra charge to certain items that are excessive in either weight or volume. There is notification of this charge on all of the product pages of items that are deemed too heavy or too large to be covered by a flat rate. 


  -U.K. £5.60 - RM 24 hour tracked with signature.

        * Free shipping for U.K. orders over £100


  -EUROPE £14.50 - RM International Tracked and signed for, or appropriate courier company.


  -U.S.A £16.00 -International Tracked and signed for, or appropriate courier company.

RETURNS

 The customer shall inspect the order immediately upon receipt and shall notify us of any issues within 14 days of delivery, otherwise the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the order.  Contact is available via our email info@sorazora.com. Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the order shall be returned to us. The customer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges after the order has been returned and shown to be defective.

 
We strongly request that clothing must not have been worn (except for a try on) and not have been washed. All returns are to be sent to us with original tags/labels still attached. 

CANCELLATION

 You have the right, in addition to other rights, to contact us and cancel your order prior to its dispatch and receive a full refund. 

If cancelling after the order has been dispatched, you will be responsible for both outward and return postage and receive a refund minus postage.

PAYMENT
 Payment can be made using Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and most major international cards, like Visa® and MasterCard® by Wix Payments.
